My wife and I were totally impressed with Peter’s service orientation and product knowledge. Peter is a man of his words; he went an extra mile for us in making sure the number plate was what we wanted. He has always followed up things with us. Even when I have taken over the car, I just reported to him that I was not happy about not having a white headlight and the GPS system in my car display unit. He replied me without any frustration that he will arrange to change the headlight and get a GPS system for us. This is what I call a great signature service delivery, which is very much personalized service to his customer.
